DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
If stated in stock on product page then items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours or next business day of order placement. In the unlikely event you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out. All shipment transit times are estimates, which coordinate with USPS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, these are not our time estimations. We are not responsible for or any shipping delays. If a package shows delivered but is not found, we do not cover lost or stolen packages. UPS, FEDEX, DHL & USPS standard insurance only cover $100 of the package if arrived damaged or if package is lost. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package please give us a call, other wise we will not guarantee that you will receive full amount after dispute is made.
UPS,USPS, FEDEX, DHL as well as Mason Shishaware do not cover stolen packages.
